July Tri-Polish Challenge Day 4

Just a quick post to finish off the July tri-polish challenge.  This is a look that the Nailasaurus is creating a lot at the moment and can be seen if you click here.

This look was created using the chosen tri-polish challenge colours Barry M Cyan Blue, Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream and Barry M Mint Ice Cream.

The base is Mint Green and the blues and silver were added with a striper brush.

40 Great Nail Art Ideas - Food

I'm playing catch up at the moment and this is the prompt for 2 weeks ago, which was food. I wanted to do something a little different so I created a design inspired by the secret rainbow cakes.  Those cakes that are covered in plain icing and look quite simple until you cut into them and the sponge inside is a rainbow of colours, sometimes layered and sometimes swirled.  I went with the swirled option.
